Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Coordinator:

• Routine BD Coordination involving drafting proposals, agreement, recording of leads, monitoring project progress in terms of invoicing & follow ups

• Preparation of Business presentations based on Management ideas and directives

• Preparation of client meetings

• Manage Social Media postings

• Communication with clients as well as internal departments and locations

• May involve overseas travel to different office locations / trade fairs / clients

• Coordination and Follow‐up with overseas partners

Brand Management:

• Front Run

• Brand Promotions and Communication

• Social Media Marketing
