1. Based on sales target and sales strategy, consolidating sales plan odd every sales team and prepare master sales tour plan
2. Preparation and input of sales order in SAP.
3. Periodic review of all pending and ongoing orders to ensure that every order is running on time and if any probable delay is being identify escalate immediately to concern authority
4. Ensure customers happiness by resolving all complains and queries on timely and effective manner
5. On timely basis track all Sample order and coordinate effectively with all concern authority to enable timely Sample order fulfillment
6. Ensure timely collection from customers based on company’s policy by taking regular follow ups
7. Periodically Reconciliation of customer's account to ensure no ambiguity remains
8. Ensure control over relevant documents and records as applicable based on ISO requirement
9. Review and ensure that all the activity of the department is being done considering the Sales Department Budget
10. Ensure that departmental objectives are met and necessary corrective actions are initiated in case any gap is observed
