* Need to take followup with the clients (Domestic as well as international) through email or phone calls.

* Maintain data base and need to solve queries of the clients.

* Compiling daily reports, weekly reports as and when required.

* Timely submission of reports to the reporting authority.

* Should be well versed with MS Excel.

* Excellent communication skills.
