Job Description

As Sales & Marketing Coordinator for this company, have responsibilities included:

• Follow the prospective customers to seek orders and payment.

• Analysis the necessary documents for material dispatch clearance.(LC documents etc.)

• Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods.

• Daily work management and supervision for quality report, all pending report, MIS report .

• Prepare sales orders and create sales invoices through ERP/DATAMAN.

• Successfully work with team and seniors under pressure and coordinate numerous activities.

• Maintaining a daily report, collecting the orders, checking mails.

• Preparing of invoices and handling of logistics.

• Handling of logistics and coordinate with transporters.

• Maintain the inventory of all types of materials in Finished Goods.

• Preparing separate invoices for imported and domestically purchased material.

• Coordination between procurement and sells department and account department as well.
