Job Description/Roles:
1. General office duties and providing administrative support to the sales team.
2. Registration of the company and its products in various institutions such as industrial, government sectors and consultants
3. Identify marketing trends and key opportunities to participate in the ongoing tenders.
4. Identify and share relevant tender details to the management
5. Sending Enquiries to the suppliers based on the tender requirement
6. Receiving quotes and preparing for bids
7. Getting approval from management and submission of bids
8. Checking and updating the status of tender to the management on regular basis
9. Preparing the offer, get approval and submission of offer to the clients
10. Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
11. Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
12. Be an integral part of the team and contribute to the growth.
13. Other duties as assigned by the Management
