Job Description
A Sales Coordinator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any inquiries via telephone or computer. Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
Responsibilities and Duties
Primarily assists the sales team by managing schedules, fix appointments with customers and distribution of any sales documentation.
Sales coordinator must liaise between suppliers & sales team, get suitable technical products with prices, and prepare techno-commercial offers.
Follow-ups of offers and updating the same in electronic form.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, maintain financial and non-financial data in electronic form etc.
