Roles and Responsibilities :

ond to the inbound calls and provide the product information to customer
te the daily enquiry and calling details in Excel Sheet and do the regular follow up till conversion.
ard the quotation, product list and other details to client against every enquiry through mail.
larly convey the product availability status to existing client.
lve in cost negotiation with client and if any approval required for cost finalization get approval from sales head.
the Payment follow up and maintain separate payment data in Excel Sheet.
ciate with procurement analyst and get the daily update of product sourcing details including product grade, season, availability and price.
the new product in company master product file, website and inform to online and field marketing team after the approval from management
te farmer details and local trader details in the product sourcing file.
dinating with Godown executive to get the daily stock availability status and arrange the consignment against the each and every dispatch.
12. Present the daily report and target sheet to sales and operations head.
Desired Candidate Profile
en experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator preferably in pharma and herbal industry will be an added advantage.
computer skills MS office (proficiency in advance Excel )
iciency in Tamil, English & Hindi is mandatory.
