Daily leads recording, validating leads and delivering the Quotations by interactions with sales person or sometimes with customer directly.
Recording quotation and reviewing periodically (day to day; weekly and monthly) in order to qualify the leads till the order is won.
Reporting to management on the progress of the lead and customer response to the quotes on daily basis.
Recording the orders received and review the same with the factory / office and Management for the terms put forwarded by the customer.
Reporting to the management on the deviation on the plan proposed by the factory / Principle and necessarily report to customer also.
Planning of payment collection from customer and intimate to accounts department as per the terms agreed for order.
Intimation of product deliveries to customer without any delay / change of design or product; interact with billing department on invoice formalities, and ensuring the products are delivered at customer place on time.
Lead to Quote stage / Quote to Order stage / Order to Delivery stage / Deliver to Feedback Stage / Feedback stage to Payment collection coordination.
Registering the necessary product information in Dropbox and organizing.
