Understanding the clients project brief, coordinating with the client for the project deliverable

Time Management/ Track deliverable/ Create schedule and project timeline

Quality and Satisfaction/ Evaluate and assess result of project

Manage Issues and Risk / Critical thinking and problem solving

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Preparing project report, analysis of the project & presenting to seniors/TL/Clients

Line up/attending meeting for project health with TL/BDM/Clients

Knowledge of techniques and tools

Proficiency in project management software tools

Adaptability & able to tolerate stress

Brainstorming for any new project/new development/new technology/skills

Participating in Training and Skills Up-gradation
