To drive sales + key account managers in developing LCL opportunities, regularly joining sales calls.

To work with the customer care + operational care teams (CCL + OCC) ensure the dedication + expertise to meet customer demands is deployed.

To ensure the profitability of the product, proactively following up on discrepancies.

To upload + maintain LCL selling rates to our designated system to support our pricing department with quotations, in particular with tailor-made selling rates for important opportunities.

To develop tailor-made solutions for customers based on the product portfolio.

To maintain relationships with co-loaders.

To optimize yields by managing cargo flows via the best transportation option(s).
