Job Description

Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

�� Provide excellent internal and external customer service and support the activities of the field sales team in order to meet and exceed sales targets.

�� Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities using various digital marketing strategis.

�� Take and process orders, including all administrative activity, producing associated documentation, invoicing, advising on delivery dates, etc.

�� Act as the liaison between the field sales team and internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and within agreed deadlines . production department in relation to stock levels, delivery times, advising on service level agreements.

�� Assist the sales team in producing tenders, proposals and quotations.

�� Assist with travel arrangements and organising meeting and exhibition facilities.

�� Carry out general sales administration support such as filing, dealing with customer queries by phone or email.

�� Provide excellent customer service in conjunction with field sales to ensure that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner . Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.

�� Ensure the CRM and finance systems are fully utilised and kept up to date with all sales activity including logging of leads and following up on requests for quotations.

�� Assist with the preparation of any documentation required when goods are dispatched to customers, . export documentation.

�� Participate in all identified training and development activity including the Sales Academy.

�� Ability to respond effectively and sensitively to all customer inquiries and complaints and to know when to escalate to a more senior manager.
