Generate business from Existing /Old customers

Maintaining a register of Inbound & out bound calls of the B2B customers

Handling emails & enquiries of online portals

Monitoring all online sales activities including price negotiations, quotation preparation, order follow-ups & dispatches of online order.

Negotiate the quotation price & closing the orders and dispatch the orders to customers on time.
