Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
Order Processing: Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or issues.
Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Data Management: Update and manage customer databases and sales records.
Reporting: Generate sales reports, MIS and analyse data to support the sales team in strategic planning.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial spare parts sector.
Strong understanding of Machine and their applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
