Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and coordinating all related activities. They will be required to work closely with the sales team, customers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all sales-related activities are executed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and proposals, and processing orders
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all sales-related activities are executed smoothly and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer data, sales reports, and other relevant data
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or related field
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data
Well-organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
