Job Responsibilities
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone and
email
Close coordination with Internal departments & Regional sales people for Reports &
Sales cases
Sending offers
Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including
strategies for encouraging repeat business and Direct selling
Assisting in Hiring process
Courtesy calls to Existing & New Customers
To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, business
trends, enquiry conversion rates, etc. directed by the Sales Manager
Up-keep of a client and agent’s database
Post Purchase Order activities . Preparing Work Orders, interacting with various
depts., Updating the customers of delivery dates, Dispatch documents etc.
Interacting with Adv agency for Product Brochures
Vendor Registrations / Tenders /Prepare Compliance
Payment Follow up’s
Email campaigns
Preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Annual MIS
Knowledge of Tally is added advantage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge and understanding of Interface converters, Protocol Gateways,
2G/4G Modems, Network Switches and IIoT.
Fluent in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP
Excellent people skills
Gender: Female
Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
Well-organized
Experience: 3-6+ years
