1. Providing dealer support in resolving problems associated with delivery issues, pricing / payment / commercial issues
2. Develop high-value deliverables including preparation of client and prospect meetings
3. Provide pro-active support of client/prospect initiatives, process client/prospect reimbursements, time management, calendar management, file management, copying/printing/scanning, Ensure high-level understanding of applications necessary to create internal/external client and prospect deliverables and manage projects
4. Assist the Sales Department
5. Resolve issues that prevent the timely dispatch with all FGW departments involved
6. Attend daily and weekly meetings on demand management, sales inventory and forward order book to maintain / control FGW inventory levels and customer demand / orders
7. Communication and resolution of short shipment issues to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction and that FGW Quality Dept are aware of ongoing issues
