Job Description

Preparing & Submitting sales offers/quotations on a daily basis.

Attending to telephone/mails and all other customer queries on a timely manner.

Providing sales and administrative support.

Providing an order acknowledgement to the customer for every order.

Providing delivery updates to the customer.

Regular follow-ups with other departments for order execution.

Escalate issues/queries to management on a timely manner for quicker resolutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
