Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Support Sales Team: Assist sales representatives by coordinating schedules, customer interactions, and territory planning.

Order Processing: Manage the processing of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring all customer orders are handled accurately and in a timely manner.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress.

Coordination with Supply Chain: Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends, and monitoring key performance metrics for review by the management.

Inventory Management: Assist in tracking product inventory levels, ensuring the availability of pharma products in stock for sales.

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and product issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Material Preparation: Create and maintain sales presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.

Training Support: Help in organizing and coordinating training sessions for the sales team on new pharma products, regulations, and strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and report competitor activities to the sales manager.

Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Payment and Invoice Management: Follow up on customer payments, invoices, and pending orders, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.

This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail, as well as familiarity with the pharmaceutical industrys sales processes.
