We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with our Channel Partners (CPs), ensuring seamless communication, effective lead management, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, coordination, and performance tracking, playing a key role in enhancing our sales processes and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management: Ensure that all needs of channel partners are successfully met and managed.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve all client queries promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Product & Service Guidance: Offer insights, updates and assistance regarding our products or services, ensuring they are well-informed.
Proactive Communication: Understand partner needs, proactively address issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction at all times.
Coordination: Coordination with partners, different departments and teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Polite Disposition: A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
Strong Follow-up Skills: Ability to rigorously follow up with clients to ensure all needs are met.
Excellent Communication: Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with partners and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Strong command on English language is mandatory.
