Handle daily inquiries and prepare quotations.

Order acknowledgments and communicate the same with internal departments.

Resolving contractual and commercial issues with clients.

Discovering commercial grey areas that are not in keeping with the company policies.

Communicate information to various parties of a contract to ensure that terms & policies are understood and interpreted correctly by all.

Ability to work efficiently and calmly in situations with strict timelines.

Order booking with required documents like artwork approval.

To maintain all the data related to the job and dispatch status along with billing and payment.

Co-Ordinationwith design and Pre-Press Team for getting the required design

Co-ordination with Client for Design Approval or Changes.

Attending Production Meetings and discuss about Critically jobs,

In case of delay, coordinate with the customer for the same along with the new date of dispatch.

Any other responsibility assigned by the HoD.
