As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and managing customer relationships

* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with clients and internal stakeholders

* Prepare and distribute sales materials, such as proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

* Assist in developing and maintaining sales databases, spreadsheets, and other tools

* Coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely delivery of sales collateral

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

* Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in any field

* 2-6 years of experience in sales administration or a related field

* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
