Job Description

Job Summary:

Support sales teams with administrative tasks, manage customer relationships, and facilitate sales process to ensure efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales database, CRM systems, and records.

2. Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and product demos.

3. Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

4. Develop and maintain customer relationships.

5. Process sales orders, quotes, and contracts.

6. Communicate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support).

7. Identify and resolve sales-related issues.

8. Maintain sales materials, collateral, and presentations.

9. Assist in trade show planning and event coordination.

10. Continuously improve sales processes and procedures.
