Sales Coordinator (Female Candidates Preferred)

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and communications.

2. Coordinate and track all stages of the sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from lead generation to final order delivery.

3. Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring that orders are accurately recorded, confirmed, and delivered on time.

4. Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential clients, offering exceptional customer service and product advice.

5. Prepare regular sales reports and track sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition.

6. Assist in preparing and sending quotations to clients based on product specifications, pricing, and volume.

7. Monitor inventory levels for kitchenware products and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure sufficient stock is available for client orders.

8. Assist in generating new sales leads through research, referrals, and follow-up calls with potential clients (., hotels, restaurants, caterers).

9. Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.

10. Prepare sales contracts and agreements, ensuring they are compliant with company policies and customer specifications.

11. Assist in organizing and coordinating participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events related to kitchenware and hospitality services.

12. Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys product offerings, including the latest trends and innovations in kitchenware and hospitality services.

13. Gather and analyze customer feedback on products and services, reporting key insights to the sales and management teams.
