1. Cold Calling, Sales Marketing calls, Dealing with Real Estate Brokers, Generating Leads, Sales MIS, Sales Activity sheet, Daily Sales Report.

2. Oral and written and Communication skills. Very Good to Excellent

3. MS Office (mainly Excel & Word) Good & above

Note: (A Candidate who has done a Professional Course, in MS Office will be preferred)

4. Managing Data / Excel Sheets / MIS. Good & above

5. Electronic Filing Good & above

7. Process & Result Oriented, who is willing to work as per given guidelines.

8. Office Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

9. Working Days: Monday to Saturday

11. Work Location: Juhu Scheme, Mumbai.

(nearest Western Railway Stations - Andheri & Vile Parle & nearest Metro Station . Nagar)

12. A Candidate having prior experience, in Marketing & Sales of Premium Real Estate Products, will be preferred.

13. Tele Calling to Real Estate Agents / Brokers / Consultants

14. Arranging Meeting with Real Estate Agents / Brokers / Consultants & Client

15. Arranging Site visit with Real Estate Agents / Brokers / Consultants to market our Product.

16. Maintaining Daily Sales Report

17. Regular follow-ups Calls
