Job Description

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients from provided leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.

Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients, providing comprehensive tours and highlighting key features of the properties.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.

Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, developments, and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and prospects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions and support.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
