Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: 9/49, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Near Railway Reservation Centre.

Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator provides support to the sales team and ensures the smooth functioning of the sales department. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting with the administrative tasks associated with the sales process. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in helping the sales team meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

o Assist the sales team with preparing and distributing sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

o Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information regarding products and services.

o Coordinate sales meetings, events, and presentations.

2. Order Processing:

o Process sales orders and ensure all orders are accurately entered into the system.

o Track order status and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.

o Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

o Maintain and update the customer database with current information.

o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

o Assist with managing customer accounts and building strong relationships.

4. Sales Reporting:

o Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the sales manager and team.

o Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

o Assist in forecasting sales targets and planning sales strategies.

5. Administrative Tasks:

o Manage sales documentation and ensure all records are properly filed and accessible.

o Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the sales team.

o Assist with expense reports and budget tracking for the sales department.
