We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales co-ordinator to join our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to individual customers, building, and nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their career in sales within the B2C space.

Key Responsibilities:

� Customer identification: Work though leads to identify and match candidates as per given criteria

� Customer Outreach & Acquisition: Connect with, and acquire potential customers through various channels (., phone, WhatsApp, email, in-person).

� Sales Presentations: Conduct effective presentations to potential customers, highlighting package/service benefits and addressing customer needs.

� Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead generation to assisting Sales Consultant for closing sales.

� Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage sign-up

� Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

� Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools and generate regular sales reports for management.
