We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales co-ordinator to join our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to individual customers, building, and nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
� Customer identification: Work though leads to identify and match candidates as per given criteria
� Customer Outreach & Acquisition: Connect with, and acquire potential customers through various channels (., phone, WhatsApp, email, in-person).
� Sales Presentations: Conduct effective presentations to potential customers, highlighting package/service benefits and addressing customer needs.
� Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead generation to assisting Sales Consultant for closing sales.
� Relationship Building: Build trust and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage sign-up
� Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
� Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools and generate regular sales reports for management.
