This is a full-time on-site role for an FEMALE Sales Coordinator. A sales coordinator's role is to manage the flow of a company's products or services to consumers, and to ensure that sales procedures run smoothly.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling: Coordinating training and sales drives, and setting up meetings
Analyzing data: Analyzing client data to identify potential customers and optimize sales efforts
Providing after-sales support: Offering after-sales support to customers
Working with other departments: Collaborating with staff members from other departments, such our Sales & marketing, and financing
Generating leads: Reaching out to potential leads and assessing their quality
Requirement & Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and sales applications
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of current market regulations and trends
A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales coordinator or in other
positions will be considered a plus.
