Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and analyse sales reports, providing insights and recommendations.
Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and address queries.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate the resolution of customer issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Process and track customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to prevent stock outs.
Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation such as contracts and proposals.
Generate and analyse sales performance reports for management review.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Manage and organize sales-related documentation and files.
Handle general administrative tasks to support the sales team
