Roles & Duties Jr. Sales Coordinator

1. Coordination with the Production team for the status of Machine dispatch/Installation/Customer Complaint recd.

2. Co-ordination with Print Service team for POC status and update the sales team.

3. Coordination with customer for Outstanding Payment/EMD & Bank Guarantee

4. Coordination with customers for the documents required for dispatch/dispatch dates

5. Check the report recd from the client and highlight any remarks which has to be

addressed

6. Aligning internal meetings and preparing MOM

7. Sending Order Acknowledgement to Customer

8. Updating the Sales Projection Sheet

9. Updating Vendor registration/customer portal/NDA

10. Releasing Job sheet or issue slip for order received

11. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file

documents/ISO documents

12. Updating customer regarding dispatch machine/spares/POC

13. Meeting with the Operations team and getting it resolved

14. Coordination with accounts for Bank Guarantee/Dispatch

15. Helping the Sales team for aligning online Demo & during a client visit

16. AMC visit/Warrant visit tracking

17. Customer Feedback after 15 days of Installation

18. Meetings on Outstanding payment/Advances

19. Preparing proposals for machines spares and consumables

20. Sending Proforma Invoice to the customer for payment purposes.
