Job responsibilities

➢ Coordination with Sales team for their report , expense, target ,enquiry, supporting material

➢ Preparation of Group wise Target.

➢ Proper filing of records related to Marketing.

➢ Correspondence with new party enquiries.

➢ Responsible for sending Target letters / Circulars /Price List etc.

➢ Taking report of Sales Person daily and update the same.

➢ Collecting the distributor;s order and dispatch the order after payment.

➢ Detailed Bill of dispatched goods to be sent to distributor and also to Sr. Sales person

➢ Preparing Expenses Sheet, Incentive sheet for Sales Person

➢ Maintain organized sales records and report to reporting authority
