Roles and responsibilities:
Receive sales calls from the customer support team and sales team and co-ordinate with the customers regarding the concern.
Assist the sales engineer in getting the sales done to the customers during sales visit.
Getting updated on the companys new as well as existing products and also ensure sales team is updated till date regarding the same.
Co-ordinate with the sales engineers in getting the customers needs met as per the calls and get the calls closed as per TAT.
Prepare quotation for the sales request from customer, explain to them about the unique feature of the companys products and follow up with them to get the sales done.
Should have strong negotiation skills and getting the sales done.
Maintain TAT for all calls.
To get feedback from the customers post sales of products.
Prepare monthly reports on sales done and submit it to management.
To provide details of delayed calls and engineers performance.
Should be able to handle projects as per customer requirements.
Skills:
Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi)
Must be good in English communication.
Experience in sales, customer support & client co-ordination.
