Order Management:

Handling orders via phone, email, or mail.

Verifying correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

Inputting orders and ensuring accurate processing according to customer requirements.

Ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Coordinating with other departments (., sales, marketing) to handle inquiries, deliveries, and marketing efforts efficiently.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Developing and maintaining filing systems for sales records.

Preparing reports and providing financial information to the finance department.

Promoting Products and Services:

Making the companys products and services attractive to potential customers.
