Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily sales activities, including preparing sales reports, managing customer accounts, and processing orders.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues or complaints.
Documentation: Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability.
Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
