Job Description

Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department and enhancing the efficiency of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily sales activities, including preparing sales reports, managing customer accounts, and processing orders.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues or complaints.

Documentation: Maintain and update sales and customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure product availability.

Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
