As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and support the sales process to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.

Handle inquiries from customers and provide product information and pricing.

Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.

Order Management:

Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to manage product availability and shipping.

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, invoices, and customer communications.

Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing questions and resolving issues.

Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Assist in managing customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and updating existing ones.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate sales reports and analyze data to track sales performance and identify trends.

Assist in preparing forecasts and budgeting for sales activities.

Monitor and report on competitors activities and market trends.

Coordination and Communication:

Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

Coordinate promotional activities, trade shows, and events in collaboration with the marketing team.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is beneficial
