Responsibilities for Sales coordinator profile:

Good Communication (Hindi / English)

Should have experience working with Industrial segment - Manufacturing / Service Provider, etc

Need to understand technical queries.

Diploma (Mechnical) candidate willing to work for sales coordinator profile are welcomed for same..........

Provide excellent cleint service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Respond promptly to client inquiries, identify and resolve issues, and escalate problems when necessary.

Handle client complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.

Document and track client interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex cleint issues and provide feedback on product or service improvements.

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and client service best practices.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.

Assist in the development and improvement of sales/operations processes and procedures.
