We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and providing administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and reports.
Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system.
Client Coordination: Communicate with clients to confirm orders, schedule appointments, and address inquiries or concerns.
Administrative Tasks: Manage sales team schedules, organize meetings, and maintain sales records.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and current information.
Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
