Position: Customer Sales Executive/Sales Coordinator
Experience : 1-8 Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Role & Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads received via email, chat, and phone calls, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product or service information.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with leads to identify their pain points and effectively position our products or services as solutions.
• Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and dispatch.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• Continuously improve sales skills training, workshops, and self-development.
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
