Position: Customer Sales Executive/Sales Coordinator

Job Role & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads received via email, chat, and phone calls, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product or service information.
Build rapport and establish relationships with leads to identify their pain points and effectively position our products or services as solutions.
Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and dispatch.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
Continuously improve sales skills training, workshops, and self-development.
Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)
