Position Overview

We are seeking highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinators to support our sales team in various administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, handling documentation, and managing customer relationships to support our ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

Document Management:

Prepare and send machine clearance documents to the head office.

Prepare and manage sales documentation such as Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Proforma Invoices (PI).

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly prospect and order loss reports.

Maintain an accurate invoicing report.

Payment Follow-up:

Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Data Management:

Upload data related to free spare parts into the system.

Create terms and conditions in the system as required.

Process Management:

Oversee the end-to-end process from sending clearance documents to generating various sales reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a sales support or sales coordination role (experience in the construction equipment industry is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
