The role will include the following responsibilities:

· Calling leads provided by Digital Marketing, product briefings, case closing, and relationship management.

· Maintaining a steady line of communication with leads during the pre- and post-sales processes via phone, meetings, emails, chat, and social media

· In order to maximise lead closure, keep a thorough record of all your interactions with leads and give the managers regular feedback.

Skills Required for this role:

· Graduate with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

· Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.

· BPO or sales knowledge would be an added advantage
