• Adherence to all the sales processes and maintaining different forms – Customer data inquiry form, Test drive feedback forms etc.
• Cater to leads passed on through different channels such as website links, virtual showroom.
• To consistently plan, monitor and achieve sales targets.
• To generate revenue to the dealership through accessories, insurance and finance products, POC – converting used car.
• To track the competition performance for his assigned territory.
• To generate leads through activities at different prospective locations.
• To be physically present and introduce the customer to the service advisor during delivery process.
• To build and sustain long term relationships with the customers.
