Field Sales Executives for Paytm Merchant “Lending
Business Loans”
Field Sales Executives need to be knowledgeable about sales and
create a rapport with Merchant of Paytm quickly to build lasting
relationships. A Field Sales Executives duties and responsibilities
include:
- Selling and promoting business loans to all existing
Merchants of Paytm.
- Bike is mandatory for FSE in field to make 25 visit per day,
as per areas located to FSE from TL’s.
- Salary based on Fair Day Visit – of monthly 250 points
completed 100% salary.
- Incentive applicable as per loan amount slabs disbursed.
- Performing needs analysis of lending business loans to
merchants.
- Android Mobile is Mandatory for operating Paytm Apps.
- Establishing and maintaining positive business
relationships with Merchants.
- Monitoring competitors’ sales activities
- Cold calling potential Merchants.
