Shift Timings

Rotational Shift - Indian / Fixed Timings (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Aus / NZ / Singapore)

12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (GCC - Gulf)

3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (UK & EU)

9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (US & Canada)

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Any Graduate/ Under graduate and 12th Passsed Can Apply

Fresher and Experience both can apply

Job Description

Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone

Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy

Meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
