1. Developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
This may involve Hitting sales targets, identifying new sales opportunities, and creating sales plans to achieve those targets.
2. Managing a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are meeting their individual and team targets.
3. Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service from the sales team
4. As a design consultant yourself, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the design process, helping them to select the right products and materials for their needs, and providing advice and support throughout the project.
5. Monitoring sales performance and reporting on key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level of interest in the company's products or services.
7. Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.
