Job Title: Automobile Salesperson/Sales consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automobile Salesperson to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Engagement: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide information about vehicles.

3. Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.

4. Sales Negotiations: Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options.

5. Paperwork and Administration: Complete sales paperwork, process financing and insurance documents.

6. Customer Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

7. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements

1. Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

4. Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicles and their features.

5. Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
