Roles and Responsibilities:-

To achieve the target sales that are communicated from time to time.

To be present in allocated venues everyday responsible for coordinating and leading virtual or in-person events and meeting elite business clients and generating sales on table with membership booking.

To enter the leads generated from the field and to fill the activities carried out in the field daily in CRM.

To project an appropriate image of the company in the field.

To inform all activities happening in the field such as competitor activities and market feedback to Centre Head.

Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time

Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients.

Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices.

Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.

Manage Inbound and Outbound Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Communication skills ( Regional Language with Basic English)

Pleasing and positive attitude

Confidence and Presentation skills

Analyzing skills

Good sales and negotiation skills

Experienced Graduates/ Post Graduates in any discipline and with inclination towards sales and marketing to develop their career in the hospitality industry
