Job Description

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, accountable individual wanting to make a mark in the residential real estate market. The role is to become part of a dynamic sales team and drive business through all-round sales verticals.

⚠️ Only apply if you have prior 3 years of Sales Experience in the Real Estate industry. ⚠️

Any Graduate

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:-

✅ Complete responsibility of running the team and infra at the branch.

✅ On weekends, handle clients himself.

✅ Personally handle difficult customers.

✅ Get the collection done wherever the payments are stuck.

✅ Ensure that the coordination between marketing, sales, legal, and collection is smooth.

✅ Pull into the organization the best sales talent available in the market.

✅ Motivate the team to ensure that the sales targets are met.

✅ Responsible for the branch revenue. Ensure the team performs as per the targets and the branch is growing and profitable.

REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:-

♦ Should be self-motivated & target oriented

♦ Good Communication skills

♦ Willing to work on Sundays (Fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)

♦ At least 3 years of sales experience in the Real estate industry

♦ Comfortable traveling to site locations
