DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:-
✅ Complete responsibility of running the team and infra at the branch.
✅ On weekends, handle clients himself.
✅ Personally handle difficult customers.
✅ Get the collection done wherever the payments are stuck.
✅ Ensure that the coordination between marketing, sales, legal, and collection is smooth.
✅ Pull into the organization the best sales talent available in the market.
✅ Motivate the team to ensure that the sales targets are met.
✅ Responsible for the branch revenue. Ensure the team performs as per the targets and the branch is growing and profitable.
REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS:-
♦ Should be self-motivated & target oriented
♦ Good Communication skills
♦ Willing to work on Sundays (Fixed weekday weekly off will be provided)
♦ At least 3 years of sales experience in the Real estate industry
♦ Comfortable traveling to site locations
