Job Description

The candidate will work as a business manager and will be responsible for business for the assigned accounts, relationship management, and account management.

Maintaining relationships with Sales head, CRM Head and other teams of the assigned account.

Farming more business from the assigned accounts by providing good service, reviews with multiple teams.

Providing advisory and consultative solutions to customers looking to purchase property in the partner projects by evaluating customers financials, providing the right scheme, financial solution, etc.

Maintaining excellent relations with banks and financial institutions to get the best solution for them.

Maintain proper MIS.

Evaluate and create new financial and banking schemes for projects.
