Roles and Responsibilities for Sales / Business Development Manager:

- B2B Marketing/Elite B2C

- Candidate should be able to recognize and reaching out to the right clients.

- Candidate should be ready to learn and have knowledge of pitching the products and services.

- Preparing presentations and have good communication skill.

- Candidate should be able to convert the potential leads with using strategies.

- Develop competitive pricing strategies.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and taking follow up with clients on regular intervals.

- Oversee the stages of product development.

- Candidate should develop relationships with clients / vendors.

- Candidate should be able to satisfy technical needs during the sales cycle.

- Should record client interactions in lead tracking and client issue tracking systems.

- Should have experience of Real Estate, Properties, high ticket sized products sales.

- Advantage if the candidate has background into healthcare industry.

- Should be able to handle the team and get work done from them on time.

- Candidate should generate revenue for the company.
