Job Description

Handling Income leads, providing detailed information for various service offering in a structured format and truthful manner.

- Initiating & maintaining relationships with existing customers via online meetings, telephone calls & Email.

- Coordination for customer feedback & exploring the opportunity to cross-sell/upsell other products/services.

- Negotiating the term of an agreement and closing sales.

- Staying in touch with the procurement department to check on the progress of existing orders & Payment releases.

- Other duties as assigned by Management.
